Today I looked on the museum of modern art app for the ipad and found some new ideas. I have really wanted to splatter paint on a large canvas and this project is the one I get to do. I'm thinking of new ways to use color schemes but what I known now is that these images are what my idea is based on
I first started using a black canvas with the colors blue and orange. I realized it wouldn't look very good so I used a white canvas and painted the first two sections plain red. Today I'll decide on the next colors.
Yesterday I finished my mug. To me it could have been more successful. If I could do it over I would probably try more techniques and try and use the wheel to make it.
